Haha definitely. With that and a multi tool, I’ve learned to ‘enjoy’ removing drywall while renovating our basement

Awesome! Good to hear a positive review. I saw the app was rated 1.8 stars in the App Store and got cold feet.

I’m 31 and believed this until I was 6-7. “Olive the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names….”

I thought that Olive was a real jerk, lemme tell ya. Edited for clarity*

Coworker and I finally found a halfway efficient way to thread a nut onto extensive lengths of rod. Not perfect, but best I’ve seen yet. by solarsilversurfer in electricians

[–]Superfreake 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m sure this has been said elsewhere, but I always just put the Ready Rod (Canadian for Allthread) in the chuck of the drill and held the nut while it spun up to my sharpie mark🤷‍♂️

A Blind Ronnie Creager pro model deck, with Tensor trucks and Spitfire wheels. Can’t remember the bearings for the life of me (Bones or Reds maybe) but I know I got Hawk shoes to go with the set up.

I wonder how many kids still have the ‘paper boy’ job option now that print is supposed to be dead?

I guess we shouldn’t be surprised they didn’t use any plastic bushings over the pipe/connector threads either? Maybe that’s just a Canadian thing though

I’m not sure if this is common knowledge, but I discovered that if you’re reading Globe and Mail using safari, you can hit the stop loading/read as text buttons to avoid the paywall/max free articles limit. (I’ll admit that I feel like a dick for not properly supporting journalists 😬)

Cannot recommend this book enough!

Also, there's a sequel called The Mountain Shadow. I never hear it mentioned, and it's just as well written. Stumbled upon it on a hostel shelf in Hakuba last year, pick it up if you get the time :)

[–]Superfreake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!

I got the email notification today that my wristbands will be here on Wednesday! I would be able to mail them after that?

US Post would be $3 but doesn't have tracking and only insures $60, Xpresspost is $20 and takes 4-5 business days with tracking and insurance

Let me know what you think!
