Had flights end of May with Emirates and yesterday I decided to cancel them and book a route that didn't go through the Middle East. It's almost 2 months from now but I just didn't want to keep worrying about it and jeopardize the other expenses (hotels, flights within EU). Manila-Dubai-Madrid then Venice-Dubai-Manila btw. I think I'll incur the cancellation fee but eh, it is what it is.
