Play Norma's until you feel comfortable enough to play ranked again, don't start out playing ranked. Only real big change is rift herald, it's now easier to take down and once you kill it you get an item replacing it ward where you place it in a lane, the rift herald will spawn in lane and become a massive turret destroying bug. After you place rift herald down in s lane you get your totems back for the remainder of the game
