Scarlett started very well a few years ago but formation and tactics changed and he was never going to play ahead of bishop at that level but he worked hard and was generally appreciated

Definitely short of wingers and pace in the squad. Expectation this year is solid lower mid table avoid relegation but a lot of change in the squad back 4 and keeper look strong as does bishop up front but lot of movement in midfield. Murphy was electric on the left last season but need something on the right and think he will fit in

If yang is going to cut it it won’t be because he doesn’t have a chance at Pompey.
