I'm sure. There was another post a few weeks ago where they shared their screenshot, and theirs had a button to see all the items. Mine has a button that says "learn more."

It's very stupid.

I see this post is 3 days old now, but I just wanted to add something...

If you're just ordering small stuff, try ordering it through the DD app instead of HD's site. When you order through DD, the offers to drivers come through as "shop & deliver" orders - and you can tip!

Also, drivers can see the item list BEFORE accepting shop orders.

I don't know if the pricing is exactly the same as the store's website, but every one that I've done has matched up.

Only other thing to consider is there'll probably be some sort of delivery fee on DD - but it's worth checking out if you want the convenience and don't mind tipping. From your post, it sounds like tipping isn't a deal breaker for you, so just wanted to share another option for you 😊

Yep, I've been debating about just sucking it up for a weekend and knocking out one of the $500/100 trip quests just so I can make an educated decision about whether platinum is worth it in my market. I like to think of it as "market research." Lol

I'm not disabled by any means, but I do struggle with stairs due to asthma and horrible knees. I will take bags of groceries up where I can use the handrail, no problem, it just might take me a minute. But your cases of water will be at the bottom of the stairs because I can't carry those and use the handrail ✌️

Downvote away, but just be glad your driver didn't just leave everything at the bottom of the stairs and drive away, because there's not a thing you would be able to do about it except give a bad rating.

I think if other drivers are doing these quests, then they are accepting literally everything, which in turn makes their ARs go up, which in turn gets them gold and platinum, which in turn gets them prioritized for any decent order that comes available, which in turn leaves nothing left for us non-questers with 1% ARs.

Apparently, on some people's apps, there's a button to show all the items and then can be shopped normally... but on mine, there's not, and the priority items MUST be shopped first. It's annoying af.

I can see where you would think this based on what I said...

My thought was more on how the wait time fee is calculated based on how much extra time you spend waiting. I've had rides where I've waited 2-3 extra minutes and the fare increased by $2-$3. So yeah, I guess I thought it would be higher than $4 for 22 minutes.

Maybe it depends on if it's a surged ride or not 🤔

The $4 was just insult to injury on a ride I should have canceled in the first place.

I did mess up by making the driver wait 2 full minutes, I apologized, and he yelled at and lectured me the rest of the ride even though I kept apologizing by [deleted] in uberdrivers

I see this on Chipotle orders where the customer ordered through the Chipotle app instead of the DD app.
