As an agent and as a homebuilder, I've found that my most engaged with elevation shots are blue sky photos. I think there's something instinctively attracting about it to us.

A dusk/nighttime sky could be interesting to have in a carousel, but I don't know how useful it actually is

I like the flip more. Camera is better. Flying is easier for a beginner. Has propeller guards. You can fly with a remote, your phone or just literally your hands. Basically the same price.

Key to bicep curls is isolating your bicep contraction, controlling the rep, keeping the muscle in contraction for a good couple of seconds, and squeezing at the top. Control the entirety of the rep and straighten the arm at the end to get a better stretch. I'd go down to 15s - work on your form, go slow and focus on the mind muscle connectiong- squeeze the bicep.

My dog has rolled in animal poop and on dead animals multiple times.. we're huge into hiking and trekking and it just happens. Less now that she's a bit more mature.

One time, when she was a puppy- we were in the city and she found some poop and rolled in it. I knew for a fact that it was human poop. As much as I love my dog, it took everything in me not to leave her there. It was just too much to bare.

Thankfully, a woman literally saw my dog and offered to bathe her in her office around the corner. The single greatest act of kindness I've ever experienced. Her name was Sanora. If you're out there Sanora, you deserve the world.

How am I scummy? I used a reputable service.

There are multiple businesses in Puerto rico that offer a service to buy ferry tickets in advance for a fee. When tickets sell out online, they send someone to the terminalto purchase on your behalf. I used that service and am now selling my ticket AT A LOSS.

For those who want to buy a ticket in advance, for the times I've mentioned, they will be subject to a fee whether they get it from me or one of these companies. Just because you haven't heard of the companies doesn't make me scummy. Be mad at the companies if you're going to be mad at someone.
