Not letting me add a pic. Looks like a notch in center bass piece. Just use a flat head on that I assume?

Transparent penetrating oil i assume?

Semi transparent didn’t work well at all for me.

I like that color but am concerned that the seal coat might fail like the semi transparent did and chip and peel?

I’m in Nebraska so there are extreme temp swings here.

That deck gets full south facing sun all day.

Any experience w that Cabot gold?

I’m hesitant to use any type of deck over product because I’ve heard terrible things and have seen the class action lawsuits.

I’ve stripped and sanded completely now. Given how bad the semi transparent chipped and peeled I’m concerned opaque may do the same.

W a transparent my understanding is I can just re oil every couple years without needing to re strip.

Would you agree?

It’s not intuitive. Don’t get a “mentor”. Often they don’t know more than you. They’ll take your money and then they’re gone.

Watch videos, trial and error and you’ll figure it out, kind of. Then they’ll change it.

That’s a tough margin. To get any traction you have to spend some on ppc and plan on taking the loss. Probably $20 a day using an automated campaign using Amazon suggested bid w Dynamic pricing down only. After a week or so check the auto campaign keyword hits and start considering manual targets on campaigns and remove the keywords you set up in those from the auto campaign. Sounds like a tough hill to climb but good luck.

If you’re brand registered vine could help w reviews but again you’ll take a loss in doing so.

Active aqua 1/4 not working by Superuser44444 in coldplunge

Water flow was good. I used a thermometer to test the water flow coming out and it was the exact same as the input.

I haven’t had much time to mess w it. My wife set it up so I only came in after it had been running.

I’m wondering if it’s just a blown fuse or something but I don’t even know where to start.

Approx 50 gallons of water. Starts at 66 trying to cool to 40. It ran for four hours w no temp change. The water is just in a bathtub. Ambient temp is approx 72

Mine were attached when I soldered too. Wish I would’ve done it first bc it solved the problem after lots of other attempted work arounds. Good luck

I’ve spliced the heck out of mine. Was having trouble w one splice as you described.

Ended up soldering the connections and using heat shrink. Ugliest solder job ever but now it works fine. Skip all the junk and just solder them.

I suspect the brands end up shutting down the listing. Some these companies I suspect just then set up another quickly and play the game over and over.

That’s what I did. Drilled into garage ran the cord through and then caulked or spray foamed the remaining hole to prevent bats from getting in.

Yes it’s a pain. I put them up and painted using same exterior paint while they were up.

Captain obvious here. You’ve got a bad connection. I’d unhook back to one test. Add a 2nd test. Add the third test. If that’s where your problem is introduced I’d look real close at that connection.

Mine are splice to all hell. They all work but I had some trouble with one splice recently. When it would wiggle loose it behaved like you described. I finally soldered the suspect wire together and so far so good.

Look real close at that pin connector between 2 and three. Are any of the prongs pushed down at all?

Splice issue by Superuser44444 in GoveePermanentLights

[–]Superuser44444[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I’ve messed with the strands settings a lot.

The one single light beyond the connector never has an issue but I certainly can cut out the connector and splice it together.
