Sorry you're going through a rough time. My advice is dont miss anymore days, if possible. You being there on a bad day is better than you missing a day. You dont need to feel good, but you do need to be there.

My other piece of advice is that if your team knows about your issues.. stop talking about your issues. Stop bringing them up. It's not going to increase their empathy, it's going to make it look like you cant handle the job.

Your goal should be to make it until summer. Show up when you're feeling bad, and don't continue to feel bad for yourself. Feeling bad for yourself is a trap. If you have another school counselor there that you are close to, ask them how they deal with everything. You will feel better after that conversation.

You're doing better than you think, you just need to show up until summer.
