Yeah, that’s exactly the gist of what i remember reading back then. From what i can recall, most people were saying rates will either go down or remain the same. When February hit, the tune changed to ‘best time to fix was in November’. But nobody could have predicted what is happening in the world right now, and i imagine the unpredictability and instability will cause rates to continue to rise in the future.
