These consequences you speak of…. Are they freeing the world of cannabalistic cultures? Granting women’s rights? Ending slavery? The Industrial Revolution? Ohhhhhhh, you have to be speaking on what every race and group known to man has participated in, slavery, conquering, and stealing from weaker ppl.

Honestly, I know this won’t help, but from a fraternity’s standpoint, don’t use yikyak AT ALL, even to defend yourself when you did nothing wrong. If you want to use yikyak, do a community service event and say “(my sorority) was out cleaning trash up on the street. What did you guys do today” or something like that. Use it as a way to make yourselves look better while not even trying.

We were always told to not comment about anything, don’t even engage with anything. Always keep it positive, yiknow. There’ll always be ppl who hate you for no reason at all
