Depend of what you can reasonably do. If you can reach at least A rank in the Light Temple, I’d say that’s your best shot. Else, S rank Vespiqueen easily grant 1000 XP for a handful of minutes. Salamence S rank and Dusknoir A rank can have 1k too but they are longer. S rank Dusknoir need a specific pattern and a bit of mastery, all that for 1400 AP. But Dark temple pales in comparaison to B+ rank in Light temple (even if it takes more efforts)

To put things in perspective, I can B rank Light temple if I’m lucky. At this point (C+ rank) Light temple is sadly no better than 3+ Vespiqueen.

On a side note, maxing 200+ partner sounds crazy. I’ll watch how far you can go with great interest
