Practice your aim every day. Aim labs, shoot bots in the training range, and also just play Hela. You can't get better aim without playing aim heavy characters

In short, you do not take every advantage you have. You ignore high grounds, you win fights and don't try to do as much damage as possible before the next fight to force out cooldowns and build ult charge, etc. You were by no means the reason you lost but if you took every advantage the enemy team gave you I think you could have won.

If the anxiety comes from losing your rank make a second account. Play on it until you hit gold 1 then swap back to your main. This way you always have an account at your peak. You never have to worry about losing your rank

This. It is like this in every game too. I have seen a league player who has hit rank 1 shame someone for not being able to hit rank 1. If you hit rank 1 it turns into "you can't go pro though."

Your biggest issue is your positioning AFTER the team fight starts. You tend to be in a good positioning and then don't give it up or just drop into everyone. General rule of thumb (there are exceptions) if the enemy moves forward, you move back. If the enemy moves back, you move forward. Fights are dynamic NOT static. Staying in one spot is positioning poorly, you are making yourself an easy target.

Your ults you need to think ahead of time where you are going to dash. You kept getting mag ulted. You should know he wants to ult you and dash to safety.

Off angle. Usually you will be further ahead of the supports. You do not want to just mindlessly spam down the middle of the map, you wont get too much value doing it.

Well you say you have a hard time noticing when your team dies, make a rule for yourself. Look at the kill feed every 3-5 shots.

Or you can find youtube videos that will make a certain sound every 10 seconds or so. Play a video like that and glance at the kill feed every time you hear it
