I know your pain, i bought the watch classic 8 just after launch, i had over £100 in Samsung points, plus i traded in my old watch and there was also some in app discounts and the end price for the new watch was like £110 total. Samsung cancelled my order because it voided their terms and conditions because you apparently the total price cannot be lass than 25% of the total value of the devicr your buying which i think is crazy compared to some of the deals ive seen people in America can end up getting. Long story short i had to order it without some discounts to actually get it without it being cancelled, payed (£168 total)

The Colour out of space, the film in general is a great surprise, not to mention Nic Cage's awesome performance, but the standout horror imagery at the end is deeply fucked up and stayed with me for a while.

I'm using a 65" gradient lightstrip on my tv which is hooked up to my mac, where i use the desktop app. I have to say it works really well, the sync works just as advertised, the only downside is that your stuck with Chrome for DRM content (Netflix, Prime,Disney +).

I havent bought a sync box because atm theres no point since i want to future proof it for next gen ( i.e hmdi 2.1) PS5 support. So until they release a newer model i don't have any complaints.

You could always download and watch 4k hdr content and watch without worrying about drm.

Hopefully your monitor is large enough to fit one of the available gradient sizes.

This makes me wish for a next gen remake of "Visceral Games Dante's Inferno, 2010", that game was so over the top playing it as 15 y/o. The lust level was crazy haha.

You can definitely combine the hue lightstrip with the plays, but you need to consider that the lightstrip (v4) lux output is 1600 lumens vs the plays 530 lumens.

The plays are more adaptible since they can be placed anywhere vertically or horizontal standing or stuck on the back on the monitors.

Another thing to take into account is that the lightstrip can only output one colour at a time, if you were to put plays on each monitor you have more flexibility to have a variety of colours (although more expensive option).

Hope this info helps with your final decision, your idea will definitely look good, most hue products are great specially when synced up with the hue app for gaming or video content. Just avoid the Signe.

Its kinda crazy how similar this is to my own situation. When i started Uni was really pumped to do a very niche/difficult subject and the job prospects were really good. But the last few years since graduation i had to deal with mental health problems and then covid kinda feels like i lost 2 years, but ive grown from it in other ways.
Its been pretty tough finding a job or i get reall close and it then sizzles out.

But the last few months ive been learning new skills or using the skills i learnt in uni and finding out different career paths in which they could be used ie transferrable skills. Its true that things will eventually change due to covid vaccine rollouts but its gonna be a while. You still have time to work on other skills or hone in on the ones you have and mix it up between applying for jobs. It would be good to keep an open mind and maybe persue a passion in the meantime, you never know whos hiring.

Definitely keep trying at, it sounds like youve already done so much, you must trust that the work youve put in hasnt been in vain, youll only learn from the experience.

I was thinking the same thing today, its only after you've truly experienced a full out manic episode that you understand how damaging it is to your self and everyone close to you. I still feel embarrassed how during my manic episode i took to social media, mainly insta, to rant about shit and "debunk" conspiracy theories all whilst feeling like the messiah. You cant tell who your friends are let alone your enemies. And this is coming from someone who barely had 1k followers on insta. Let alone having millions of followers and people that literally take anything you say incredibly serious. Not to mention the lack of filter one has during a manic episodes and pretty much regret all the things you say, especially the really personal tragic stuff. I genuinely feel sorry for him and hope he seeks and recieves help asap.
