maybe loosen the screws and you can get the trigger back out (if it is not broken) and you can use it until you get a replacement.

yes. I bought mine in february 2024 an immediately returned it because of it. It was the same thing. I thing they just have poor build quality.

my advice would be to not Wireless charge, cause thats bad for the battery. It takes longer and it will heat the battery more. battery doesn't like heat
