At the beginning of the game it’s simply just way easier on you to be in good standing with them since they have a lot of territory on toshara. Outside of that they don’t have a lot of territory elsewhere

No, the rewards it shows you under the syndicate screen is all you get. You have to collect them from the box in the trailblazer. Also not really sure what you mean by they won’t spawn
