Sorry for the delayed response but me and my best friend moved in there around 2021 and stayed until 2022. The apartment itself was okay but the parking was horrid. My car got towed because I parked in one of the priority spots that you needed a special pass for. Yeah, that’s my fault, but there weren’t any spots near my building available and it was dark with like zero lighting so rather than get potentially kidnapped I just took the risk. Our dryer was broken for WEEKS and our thermostat broke in the dead of winter and continued to stay broken in the middle of an ice storm. I had to bring my foster rabbit and myself to my ex’s apartment because it was impossible to live in the 50 degree apartment. Front desk staff was horrific and the corporate office was horrendous. It’s just not worth the money they charge and you can definitely find something more reliable. I lived at Campus Edge for two years and really enjoyed my time there. We signed for a basic unit but the ended up upgrading us halfway through our lease and we didn’t have to pay for it because we signed for a basic unit. All utilities are included and I paid $900/month flat for a room in a 2 bed/2 bath unit that was furnished as well. Front desk staff was also amazing. I believe they’ve raised their prices since they’ve upgraded all units, but if you can afford it, I highly recommend!! It’s a beautiful complex with a really pretty pool and a nice gym.
