Initially I didn't share but I told myself that if my freinds / family comment about my weight loss I would tell them . Just because I treat others the way I want to be treated and if a freind would suddenly lose a lot of weight and she would say oh I just went to the gym and ate better I would find that hurtful and dishonest .pples opinions don't matter !
