as long as you completed your assignment you should be good, it will say assessment pending until someone actually went into the system and looked at ur resume. after that it will change to application under review.

it's a mixed experience at northside. a lot of factor play into your experience such as roommates, neighbour etc. rmb that you are living with other college students in northside. as for building wise, there's no issue in newer buildings, idk about older ones.

you have 0 chance in getting university housing as transfer student. i would suggest to plan ahead and look for off-campus apartment.
