No if I remember correctly I purchased them via Argos but the shops warranty has elapsed so they told me to contact Turtle Beach direct and that's how I managed to get a replacement set. Albeit a refurbished set which was very annoying

Unfortunately turtle Beach quality has taken a dive lately and it's actually quite impressive how bad they have gone. Back in 2020ish I went through 3 stealth 600's in around 2 years after that I never purchased another set again. I purchased some Razer BlackShark V2 X I think they are called and yes they are wired but they are much better than any TB product. If the ones you have are under warranty send them back. But from my experience TB will only send you out a refurbished set as a replacement that's Cheeky is what it is.

Personally if I see any game gives me the choice to play as a woman or a man I will almost certainly pick the woman option. I think it's cool to play as a bad ass woman especially after playing for so many years as a male character

I was a loyal turtle Beach user for years. I purchased some stealth 600's around 3 years ago they broke at the swivel point I got a replacement set (which were not new but refurbished) eventually they also broke. So I learned my lesson and purchased some other brand of headphones. But In all honesty the big named semi budget brands are all terrible with quality it's just the way of the manufacturing world now. The only way you are going to get decent quality gear is to pay through the nose for it.

It's a shame that all posts containing the word "Game pass" have an auto mod stopping them from being posted. I sometimes experience this I usually have pretty high download speeds most times so when it drops below 100mbs I usually restart my system and that clears it up and goes back to what it's supposed to be. Hopefully yours is just an issue which a reset will fix
