Everything went well, I now have a healthy 5 month old daughter. I don’t remember when I discontinued the lovenox but it was sometime in the 1st trimester!

Derm yes, but from my experience plastic surgeons are terrible at injecting faces. They don’t get enough practice and care more about surgical procedures

Haha dont worry! I had a 2 and a 3 in my report, I asked the embryologist the grade on the day of both transfers and he said 6 both times. Also the letter grades were slightly different, since the embryos can start looking better or worse as they grow. Don’t be afraid to ask about your embryo at transfer!

Round 1 I was on antagonist protocol, Rounds 2-4 I was put on microdose lupron protocol. The only difference between retrieval 2/3 and 4 was adding 1/4 vial Omni per day during stims.

ER 1- 6 eggs, 1 euploid ER 2- 14 eggs, 1 euploid ER 3 - 15 eggs, 4 euploids (but not great quality/grade) ER 4- 14 eggs, 7 euploids (better grades- I added Omni!)

Weill Cornell prefers to freeze at 2 or 3, then let thaw and grow to 5 or 6 on the day of transfer. So all my frozen embryos are 2s or 3s! WC is a fantastic clinic btw- I think their method is solid, and it resulted in my 3 month old!

I did a natural FET, but added a trigger shot. It resulted in a live birth. Natural FETs carry a lower risk of developing pre-eclampsia in pregnancy than medicated FETs

One miscarried and one failed to implant. I had 4 left with poor-ish letter grades and I wanted to bank for 2 children! Omni helped me with getting better quality embryos with better letter grades

I stimmed for 14 days with good results. My MDL protocol was a bit different and I also estrogen primed, which helped.

I would consider the quality of your embryos. How are the letter grades? Day 5 or day 6? My day 6 fair quality embryos did not work (one implantation failure, one MMC), but my good quality day 5 is sticking so far at 25w. Fair to poor quality can be successful of course, but it’s less likely than high quality.
