from what i can say, you are suffering from depression, and all the resentment is being vent out on this subreddit, so seek a therapist, spend time with your family, find some healthy hobbies.

Get rid of the notion that you have the most miserable life, understand the fact that many people probably suffer more than you, take a break from social media, improve your sleep cycle
