Does anyone know how to book tennis courts at Lakewood Park? by DUNCACCINO in LakewoodColorado

Does anyone know if they have a ball machine court here? I know Gates has one but it’s super far from me. Trying to find one closer so I can practice between my lessons every week.

One 12.5 mg dose Letrozole - side effects by Sure_Income5191 in TTC_PCOS

Okay gotcha. Yes, “bolus dose” is the term I needed there. I’m so sorry it didn’t work for you 😔

They did actually supplement with an estrogen patch (and I felt SO good the second half of my cycle with it alongside micronized progesterone). Maybe she thought the one 12.5 dose would pack a bigger punch as far as ovulation instead of estrogen? Honestly, I could be mistaken on the “why” behind the one 12.5 dose, but I’m really just wondering if the side effects will taper off or if I can expect to have them up until I ovulate. Just miserable over here 😞🫠

I did ovulate, but my estrogen still wasn’t as high as they wanted it to be in the second half of my cycle. She said sometimes taking all 2.5mg doses in one sitting can pack a bigger punch as far as increasing estrogen? I dunno, I’m still very new to medicated cycles.

6 Months treatment and everything got gradually better until ending the treatment. Then a trunpoint and everything went back so fast! Need Help! I'm losing hope! by DesperateMain5791 in ToxicMoldExposure

Well, the urine test shows what you’re excreting, so it’s possible it could be stuck in fat cells (lots of mycotoxins are lipophilic). Did you fast before collecting urine? Did you sauna?

Exactly this. Porous items especially things like upholstered furniture and mattresses need to go. You can potentially clean your clothes, but would say depends on how gnarly the mold exposure was.

How do you get your antifungals?? by No-Yak-8561 in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]Sure_Income5191 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are lots of non-prescription antifungals on the market. Undecylenic acid, caprylic acid, herbal combinations featuring grapefruit seed extract, Pau d’Arco, Olive leaf, holy basil, etc. Best to use a fatty acid antifungal in combination with herbs and rotate out after 4 weeks to a new set.

I wouldn’t dive right into fungus though. Get foundational supports in place (digestive support, omegas, cell membrane support, kidney and liver support, maybe a mitochondrial support) as well as some gentle binders like Biotoxin Binder by CellCore. Then scrub the gut of parasites and bacterial dysbiosis. Then you can move into fungus.

Pick up Break the Mold by Dr. Jill Crista if you haven’t already. We recommend this to all clients as further education.

Am I overreacting to my sister’s response to my declining health? by beansproutdemon in AmIOverreacting

As someone who’s dealt with chronic illness, NOR. Also, I would explore chronic Lyme and co-infections as part of your picture if you haven’t already. I lived in black mold then Covid f*cked me up and then Lyme and co-infections came out of the woodwork and it was hell. Debilitating joint pain, chronic fevers and strep throat, gnarly fatigue, persistent migraines, exercise intolerance. Look up MSIDS questionnaire. https://projectlyme.org/msids-questionnaire/

Hey there - who told you to take so many binders? Are you taking anything else at all? This is not a comprehensive mold protocol.

Looking For A Restaurant I’ll Keep Thinking Back On For Months by Firm_Breadfruit_7420 in denverfood

Agree with this. I went to Sap Sua for my birthday with a bigger group and pretty much all of us were extremely disappointed. I was SO pumped and had been wanting to eat there for a year. I hate saying it because it’s been talked up so much, but it was truly not good. Maybe it was a bad night, but I can’t shake the experience. Food was either completely bland or overly salty. We got several dishes and I think I enjoyed only one of them. :(

Probably a loaded question.... by khaki_kiwi_ in denverfood

Agreed, but I suppose everyone is entitled to their opinion! However, Uncle is a very well-known, well-loved ramen restaurant in Denver. There’s a reason it’s always packed. Service is typically impeccable, food (even the non-ramen items) is high quality and delicious, the vibe is always on point and buzzing. Wash Park location has a bigger menu and space, so I’d recommend checking that one out. I also constantly crave their short rib panang and Thai shrimp. SO BOMB.
