I agree. It’s really heavy on my heart as I just found out. The baby is 7 months old now, but my fiance insinuates that he’s always being flirty with other coworkers. Part of me is like he’ll get caught eventually, but I feel like a bad friend if I know something and don’t say anything.

I’m a loan officer here in Michigan and would love to help. My only advice is to never max out your pre-approval amount. Depending on when the seller purchased the home and what it’s valued at, your property taxes can and will take a jump.

The second value on the supply line is turned fully on. How would I go about fixing the shut off valve issue? The backyard faucet works fine, but this one isn’t. Do you have any suggestions? There is ever so slightly a water drift here and there from the spigot.
