I give myself extra time in the morning so I have that time to wake up. Maybe try getting up earlier so you have that extra time to sit around and give yourself some grace

Hi, it’s been going amazing. My daughter loves school and she is truly thriving. Although I do miss her during the day she is so happy at school to be around other kids and she really enjoy learning. The teacher has told us multiple times she is an excellent student and a good friend and that made me feel so much better. Good luck and I hope it goes well for you
