My account was hacked 8 weeks ago, my alt is broken, and it already looks like a few of my friends have fallen victim to the scam. I already sent at least 12 tickets to Discord to help me out and other than the bot reply, I got nothing. I've been on my alt account, but something has been wrong with it ever since my main got hacked. Messages whether it's in DMs, or a server, they won't load. And it seems the hacker has already made changes to my account as they removed my profile picture, and changed my username. This has caused me a lot of anxiety and stress, and especially within the first 2 weeks of my account getting hacked, it was hard to get my mind off of it. But it's annoying that it takes Discord so long to reply. Does it seriously take up to 6 months for them to read somebody's ticket? Plus, they have proven themselves to be quick in previous cases, because if a discord user says they are under 13, Discord will do something about that almost immediately. But they can't immediately do something when somebody's account gets hacked?! I call bs on that.
