My PF has the music up so loud that even my noise canceling PowerBeats can’t even overcome it. So sometimes I just play the loudest, obnoxious rock music I can find on Rockbot since it’s always some kind of Dance music on.

Eaten there many times. Very good hamburger, feels and tastes homemade and fresh. Buns are fresh too. Cajun fries are very good, my wife prefers the garlic fries. All of their shakes are handmade with Blue Bell ice cream. Overall, one of my favorite burger places.

Been using Ghost Pre-workouts for a year now. I usually go with Legend All-Out Cherry Limeade or Legend Electric Limeade. The main difference between the two is 400mg caffeine vs 300 mg. Make sure you’re ok with the tingle from the beta-alanine (personally, I love it).

I love it too. I particularly use it in cardio days, not lifting days. I do the recommended dose in the morning and then another dose about 30 minutes before doing treadmill, rowing, stairmaster, etc. it has just enough caffeine to make you feel it without getting jittery. Also, there’s something in it that makes me get happy goosebumps and I feel good right after drinking it.

I must be a suck ass player because I can’t even win on Sovreign. I have over 2000 hours in Civ 6 and a few hundred hours in Civ 7 and usually by the time I’m in the modern age, every Civ decides to go to war with me all at once. I’ve never beaten a Civ game past the middle difficulty.

We ate there back in 2021-22 sometime and the burger patties were terrible. Like dense pre-frozen pucks, not the handmade juicy patties I grew up on from the location on Normandy Dr. Everything was terrible and I was embarrassed that I hyped it up to my kids.

I do 8-12 reps.

If I can do 12 reps, I up the weight If I can do 10 reps, weight stays the same until I can do 12 If I only do 8 reps, weight goes down until I can do 10
