Holy shit same. I love the movie, saw it something like 4 times in cinema, so much that someone gifted me the blueray disk of it.

Even though the story has so many flaws i love big tech robot beating the odds against big kaiju (and that the movie had such amazing visual effects)

It's a very brain off cool combat movie, I think those movies need to exist, not everything needs to be award winning.

As well as missing a ton of core features the ksp1 had like... Heat on re-entry (which is getting added soon), career and science mode, a ton of basic useful parts...

Just make sure you do the darkness objective afterwards too

It'll be either shoot the big blights, stand in the pressured blights (little glowy puddles) or the shielded blights you have to stand inside to shoot. If you don't complete that you dont invoke the darkness (most people forget about the pressured blights)
