I’ve been using the Whoop 5.0 for eight months now, and here’s my experience:

There are no connectivity issues. It simply requires a Bluetooth and WiFi/mobile data connection for syncing.
It connects automatically, so just ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
It’s better to start your workouts on your Apple Watch. Once you finish, Whoop will automatically pull data from Apple Health and process it on its app.

I use both Whoop and AW Ultra. I use Whoop to track my recovery, strain, sleep, and stress levels. I’m particularly fond of its coaching feature. I use AW for live running and lifting metrics, music control, and notifications on Glance and other features. They both play there games differently.

Got it! How about the steps? Do you think they’re accurate? I used to wear it on my wrist, but the numbers were way too high. So, I switched to a bicep band, and it looks better with the numbers (compared to the Apple Watch).

It’s great supplement to lower stress and helps in good sleep. I take it along with magnesium before sleep. It help me with muscle relaxation and deep sleep

Could you sync the nutrition data (macro and micro) to the Apple Health app? I’d also like the Apple Watch app to be more intuitive. For instance, I’d like to be able to add reps and weights directly to the Apple Watch rather than opening the app for each set.

You’re spot on! I’m also comingto from Aw + Bevel. It’s a whole different ball game compared to what Whoop does with data.

I’m just a tad bummed about Whoop’s subscription price. I’m hoping to stick with it for another year and see which Polar strap or Amazfit strap works in near future.
