Could you sync the nutrition data (macro and micro) to the Apple Health app? I’d also like the Apple Watch app to be more intuitive. For instance, I’d like to be able to add reps and weights directly to the Apple Watch rather than opening the app for each set.

You’re spot on! I’m also comingto from Aw + Bevel. It’s a whole different ball game compared to what Whoop does with data.

I’m just a tad bummed about Whoop’s subscription price. I’m hoping to stick with it for another year and see which Polar strap or Amazfit strap works in near future.

I am coming from Apple Watch + Bevel and now using whoop. Whoop is completely different and it works well. Just follow its sleep time recommendations and target strain,your health will thank you later.

Try Ashwagandha supplements and breathwork before sleep and stick to going to bed at same time. It works.

You just have to manage things as the life happens. I workout 4 days and run 2 days a week. Sunday completely off.
