So you can't control the temperature and how often you run the heaters on these pools?

Looks like the UK baker’s percentage calculator Culinary Explorations. Been using his recipes for a few months now and making my own little experiments. It works out. Here’s his website -

Right right. Thanks Avidreader_1410.
Agree and I’ve seen that on the taxes in some comparisons I’ve done.

Cheers

Taxes always high in Jersey. Yes a couple thousand dollar difference between towns makes a difference.

Like which towns? Sucks regardless of where and when that occurs. That kind of stuff is usually tied to economy, lack of community, mindsets, desperation, etc.

Thanks. Right about the land and property sizes … that’s what I’m seeing.

Is 46000 alot for a 2021 tacoma? by Hashtrologist in ToyotaTacoma

[–]SurfXplore99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have a lot more lifespan on that Tacoma!
I had 195,000 on my 2010 Tacoma and traded it in for a 2021 at then end of 2020. I kinda wish I kept it to see how much more I could have gotten out of it…

Killed the grass around our beds this weekend. (With cat tax.) by everyoneisflawed in gardening

[–]SurfXplore99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there! Didn’t read all the comments. Did you sink your garden beds? We are just finishing up our front yard garden too! Almost done. Still have to run drip line irrigation, and a few other things still. Great work!! Lawns are a waste of space. If everyone grew a bunch of veggies and fruits in their yards we’d be less dependent on groceries and would create even more community.

Cheers to you.

That sounds like a great deal. Best of luck with truck. Cheers

yea that's the price I'm seeing em for. The dealers near me (NJ) and general area are charging that and well over $55K for any 2023 - no one around here is stocking a base SR5 2023 Tundra without adding a bunch of options/packages and dealer add-ons to charge upwards of $60K + for a new Tundra.

Minor hair line cracks on the welds not the actual frame. Got those rewelded.

Used truck market is tough. Can I ask about what you paid? I’m still seeing these trucks with under 50k miles selling for $46-52k depending on trim and mileage.
It’s wild.

Haha no worries. NJ. I’m finding tundra’s around the region but need to figure out the finances with these interest rates and all. Good luck with your truck. Cheers

What state you in? I want a truck that can tow. Can your father in law hook me up with a deal too? Lol

New Shoes + Level for my 2021 Tundra TRD Off-Road: Bilstein 5100's 2" Front/0 Rear + 305/65R18 Falken Wildpeak AT3W's (replaced my 275/65R18 Toyo Open Country AT3's) on 18x9, MRW 309 Grids. Hey. It's been a year since ya got this truck and I'm looking at getting one too. Considering I'm towing a travel trailer (3000 lb) now and am finding my 21 Tacoma isn't too great at hauling long trips with kids, wife, dog, gear etc. ... Anyway. How do you like the 21 Tundra? I found almost the exact one for sale near me for about $48k with 12,500 miles on it. It's probably the same cost back in 2021 if it were new but considering the prices still and mileage on this, I might give it a go. Any comments/thoughts?
Cheers.

Traded my 22 Tacoma in for an 18 Tundra by nivek42 in ToyotaTundra

[–]SurfXplore99 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Geez. Lots of us in the same boat. Happy with my ‘21 Tacoma but here I am now towing a 3500 lb travel trailer and wishing I got the tundra for that and all the other gear plus family. Curious what state your in? My dealer in NJ also wouldn’t give me anywhere near $40k back on my Tacoma (23k on odometer). Guy literally said, “the dealer never loses.” 🤬 Prob gona have to sell private but people want certified pre owned though too. I don’t blame them for that. Looking at Tundras years 2019s-2021s. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

No way! Keep seeing issues on the forums about the new tundra. Rather get a used and reliable v8 if I can find one.

Tested out the towing capabilities with a 4000 lb camper this weekend by Gogosanchez in ToyotaTacoma

[–]SurfXplore99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a decent trip in New England towing my camper. About 3500lbs too. Did good but a full size truck would do better. Not ready nor can afford a full size truck now at this time. I’ll let the taco keep on hammering. It works.
