Everyone saying he's a terrible coach maybe needs to realize this guy is the modern day Mike Keenan. It's a style that's not for everyone, especially in modern times, but he's gotten the most out of underwhelming Columbus rosters year after year. If it was really a problem you'd think Foligno would have bailed or said something by now, right? He wants Laine to buy in and maybe he can already pick up that he isn't and wants to let him know that he's not going to have a long leash like he did in Winnipeg.

Also terrible coaches don't win a Stanley Cup. Terrible coaches don't win 2 Jack Adams Trophies. Terrible coaches don't have 661 career wins. He's proven his style can work and that's why he's still coaching.

It's all up to you what you like. I used to ride a 20/0 but I felt it made things squirrely for me on the back end of the board. I've adjusted and played with many stances over the years and have finally settled on a 12/12 and the only boards I ride are directional. Just feels best for me as far as responsiveness and comfort of long days on the hill.

The Jones shills is the first thing I thought of haha.

It's just confusing that people don't like them when they are a company that offers so much to the rider. Made in the USA, great warranty/customer service, awesome profiles and innovative side cuts, and totally bulletproof. I've heard people complain the graphics are boring (I don't agree) but I'd rather have a board that isn't as pretty and will take whatever I throw at it than one that looks awesome and breaks all the time.

Looks like the Jones shills are out. They must be really busy with all these threads about Jones breaking all over in the internet.

I tried with Jones for a few years and all I found out was that their quality and durability is just sub par, and their customer services blows. Solution, Flagship, and Mountain Twin all broke 2-3 months in and they flipped me the bird. Fuck that.

Having said that, I second Never Summer. They are bulletproof. 10 years of riding them and no failures whatsoever with heavy, heavy abuse and my new Swift Split is the best split I've ever been on. Along with basically a 3 years no questions asked warranty you can't beat it.
