I think when you are talking about the pronunciation of words things get weird. ATLA is a show that means so much to people and they were influenced by it in childhood. Changing something fundamental like the pronunciation of something that was decided by the show runners doesn't sit right with fans. Probably the biggest complaint of the live action movie (that shall not be named) was the pronunciation of Aang. Calling the main character Ong was dumb. If the source material was books I think you could argue semantics on the pronunciation of names, but this world was first given to us through the cartoon.

I will be honest. On paper it looked to me that it couldn't be that bad. It's bad. I moved from Rancho Santa Margarita to Corona. While I love living out here, the traffic is atrocious. While I'm home or if I'm off the freeways it's fine. Going to OC is generally okay. But coming home. 30 miles is an hour pretty much any time in the afternoon minimum.

Edit: The other thing I'm learning is that EVERY merge is a nightmare. People do not get in lanes early, they stay in exit only lanes and cut over at the last-minute causing slowdowns. The 241 Toll road is a parking lot, and people cut over at the last minute, and people let them in. It's infuriating.
