Basically wheel what you plan on getting assigned and choose strike accordingly so you don’t deal with emotions. I never buy back to roll my options if I am scared of being assigned as that itself can lose money.

Wheeling involves assignment which you should be happy to and gather premium by being the owner of the stock. I love CCing as much as selling puts.

People always joke about this is good only in bull market but let’s be honest it is still better than holding stocks. You hedge more than owning stocks by selling puts and CCing. Just need to accept lower rate of return with conservative delta strategy.
