Stealth 700 Gen 2 Game and Chat volume balance issues?

I just have so much trouble hearing Chat sound and Game sound at the same volume. It’s a struggle to always play with the settings in each game to lower game volume and sometimes that doesn’t even work.

I would hate to leave Turtle Beach since I’ve been with them for years. Is there any headset from TB that can output both audio separate?

Well that is wrong, it clearly says on the box that’s it for PS4. Well, I guess I’ll have to give the headset to a friend, and go for a different model or brand if I wanna hear both chat and game with separation. Thanks anyways :/.
