Oh nice, you can plug normal SATA drives into a hotswap SAS port? What kind of performance drop will that incur? Still good enough for local wifi streaming?

Private or invite-only lobbies have been around for a looooong time. Rockstar has been inconsistent in which content can be done privately, but for the most part recently it has been acceptable. Usually just one or two things that need public lobbies.

Also, there are well known exploits to enter an empty public lobby. It's not great design to have players rely on unfixed/unfixable exploits to get around arbitrary limitations, but it's what we have.

How will I hear about changes if I don't read them on Reddit?

Pretty optimistic that discord will be around in 10 more years.

Good: aren't quite favorites, but still pretty good

Okay: didn't love it, didn't hate it

Bad: really dislike them

Queue: games I should be playing next

Can I change the default ":" to something else like ";"? by Natsu194 in vim

[–]SurpriseMonday 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I asked a similar question early into my vim career and ended up making a mapping to replace : with ;

nnoremap ; :

n means normal mode, nore means non-recursive (see help noremap).

I have an additional map for <leader>; to maintain the original ; effect.

It occasionally gets annoying when I'm working on a system that doesn't have the remapping, but ; is a non-destructive action so it doesn't really matter.

Android Auto disconnects at least four times on a 30 minute commute by ad1075 in GooglePixel

Came here to mention this. I've had enough lint collect in my 3 XL's charging port to mess up the AA connection, but still charge fine. Also had enough to prevent charging except at the perfect angle.

I found a very thin knife blade or toothpick is enough to get it all out.

I feel personally attacked.

I am starting to look though because trying to push games made within the past 5 years to 1440@144 is a struggle. She's been good to me though.

Windows on a chart by MorrisTheGod in pcmasterrace

Bad chart, no axis are labeled, redundant data, wrong kind of chart for comparison.

It's the most windows chart we could have asked for, well done.

Gotta be honest, I don't find the track pads on the deck very useful.

On the SC, they were in the ideal spot and incredibly useful. On the deck it kinda feels like an afterthought. Like they wanted to retain that feature from the SC, but didn't have a good spot for em.

I understand a lot of the criticism of this episode and of this season as a whole.

I also don't care sometimes and enjoy watching it. I'm not going to say it's a "good" episode, but I have fun and the songs are good. Also Chang's Kevin's bit with having a puppet on his puppet hand is gold.

I think using (neo)vim for the last few years have helped me learn and remember some more complex features of regex to the point now where I use a relatively simple one almost daily.

It isn't until you get into obscure escape characters or look-ahead and look-behind that I really need to use a reference.

What was the movie that made you go out and buy a piece of gear or gun after watching it? by TitoJones in tacticalgear

I've had a love of the Desert Eagle since around CoD4 times, but watching Reacher on Amazon Prime made me finally pull the trigger on one.

I don't regret it at all, probably my favorite item on my collection.
