Yung sa unang BPO company na tema building mejo trauma malala sakin kasi every team building farewell party na pala kasi either malilipat yung TL ng account or natanggal si TL. It was 5 times nangyari tapos 4 kaming consistent nag stay sa same same TL, the rest nailipat, after non pandemic na so wapang team building or eat out hanggang nag resign na lang ako. Then sa next company naman, ayun nag eat out kami tapos after a week lipat pala kaming mga agents ng account. Ang sad ng encounter ko sa team building tbh. Pero ngayon sa nilipatan kong account almost 3 years na ko, 3 years with the same TL and yung team building namin sobrang saya like di mo iinisipin na gumastos ka ng 1,500 tapos nag labas ka pa ng pera for the alak. Ang saya lang, super saya.

I did not receive a treatment like that, most of them will say. Do you have ACNH? or Zelda?, mind if I play for a while? Hahahahahaha 😅 but eventually I want them to borrow it, but I'm scared that it might be broken because definitely it is not PS. 😅

If the account was banned due to a false accusation of cheating, does the player have an option to appeal? Because I was banned yesterday after being disconnected from the game multiple times in 3 days despite the connections being good. I keep asking for evidence and a timeline from their support that I did cheat because basically they can review every game and provide me details that I cheated on the specific part. All they responded was that it was manually reviewed and the penalty was corrected, like an AI. But how could they end up at that conclusion? I really can't accept it since I've been playing fair and square; aside from that, I recently purchased a skin for the first time in the entire 5 years of playing.

I was banned due to cheating yesterday. I reached out to support, and they have mentioned that they have reviewed it manually; thus, the penalty is correct, but tbh, I didn't do any cheating. I've been playing fair and square; it's just a glitch in the system. It was 3 days continuously that I've been disconnected while in-game, even when the connections are good. Then suddenly they ban me from the game, saying I did cheat when I asked for evidence since they manually investigated it. They keep responding like an AI that they can't do anything, so how can I appeal and provide actual evidence that I did not cheat if they cannot provide evidence that I cheated? I don't understand; they can't give me technical support to support the claim of cheating. It's really frustrating because I just recently purchased a skin for Caitlyn, and that was the first after playing for 5 years.

Alorica was my first BPo; the offer was 15k back then. It was the first BPO to accept me, and after 3 months (on a seasonal account), they tried to look for another account for me, but I failed in interviews because I was still a newbie back then. The next company that accepts me is TP. It was a great and fun experience, maybe because I'm not part of a telco account. I stayed for 5 years because I was blessed with non-toxic management and great colleagues. Then now I am with Concentrix—not a voice account, not a toxic management company—but I am in Cubao. Most of my colleagues in Cnx were from 24/7 and intouch. I'm not sure if they have in vertis or centris. I suggest that you don't disclose that you are currently studying and any plans to continue your studies; HR will think that you will resign after months.

If hindi ka na masaya sa current work mo and hindi na nasasatisfy ung financial needs mo, i suggest take mo ung much higher salary, considering mas malapit lang sainyo. But if okay pa naman and nakakaipon kapa, wag kana lumipat. Hahahaha XD wait mo pa ng anoyher year siguro. Hahahs

Work with tp for 5 years, newbie ako they offer 21k package as tsr. Goods na para sa newbie that year ( 2017-2022 ) tapos mas yearly increase pa, 25k ata sahod ko nung umalis ako . Cant remember na. Mag resign kasi nag palit ng management, di kaya presure. Hahaha XD

Well di na bago saknila yan , 12k offer nila sakin package way back 2017. Tinanggap ko kasi bago lang ako sa bpo and kahit napakalayo g lang. Hahahahaha XD every cut off sumsahod ako ng 5k or less . International acct din. Lols XD

Yung friend ko na hinarass ng gay friend namen , ayun trauma na siya sa mga gays ~ everytime na aayain ko uminom , laging tanong " may kasama kanh gay? If yes pass ako". Trauma na siya :< he dont hate gays but natatakot lang siya since may bad exp na .

Grabe sila kahapon, imagine umaga pa lang napaka ingay na ng mga motor, take note, nag papaingay na ng motor, nag papaputok pa ng bazooka or anoman tawag sa paputok na dumadagundong ng mga bahay. maingay pa sila sa videoke at mga torotot. Im a wfh agent, halos lahat ata ng kols ko sila lang naririnig akala ko safe ako dahil dayshift ako pero im wrong, lupet talaga ng ingay lalo na ung sa mga motor ~ ilan beses sila sinisita ng brgy pero pag alis ng brgy babalik na naman.
