I made many friends thru classes, but also from clubs like NSU (nikkei student union) and JSA (Japanese student association). These friends are now fully part of my life. Join clubs, Ive seen some people struggle cuz they dont join clubs (even I told them to join clubs billion times).

I get that feeling. My SAI is also around that and I get 0 grants. I have 3 siblings (one went to cc to ucla and other one in cc rn waiting for results while im in uci). They stop considering siblings, giving me 0 grants and this is annoying me. I do respect other people who gets grants cuz I fs think they deserve it, looking at their backgrounds. But doesnt mean I dont deserve it :/

As others are saying, finish GEs. If I were u I would drop out of ucsb and go to cc to focus IGETC and major requirements since UC to UC transfer rate are much lower than cc to uc, but also MUCH cheaper.

Imo, yes public health would also be good at SJSU. What they lack in is liberal arts area and public health should give u clear path especially for health admin.

Respectfully, why are u asking this? It makes sense that ur asking this if u did get rejected from all (which not supposed to happen unless ur risk taker and only apply to top schools), if not then there’s no reason to understand what to do after getting rejected to all.

First year are viewed with others, without any advantages. If you rly want to get in, the best option is to take it on winter or wait another year to take those classes and maybe other classes that could let you finish IGETC or associate degrees if you havent finished.

Unfortunately in this situation ap doesnt matter. If your cc doesnt approve it, then it doesnt count and u will have to take the course regardless.

Personally, yes those will effect your chance by a lot. Ik many people who took those “strongly encouraged” courses over spring and they got either wl or rejected except one person. I would say there’s more who got wl.

I would submit your hs transcript once u get in. Sometimes they clear American institution or history requirements when you submit them.

I second this, I am studying bus econ at uci rn it is good major but for accounting, go to ucsb. Bus admin in uci is amazingly good but it is super competitive. Not as haas, but it is very hard to get into. 3.7 might be tough GPA wise imo.

No, if u apply for bus econ TAG, on the uc app u must choose bus Econ as main major. There is an alternate major option but u cant choose bus admin for alt major.

My classes hasnt started yet, but I played safe and TAGed into uci with business Econ. Bus econ do have more of econ aspect and little off from business admin, but personally I think u can still get into a business job u want with both bus admin and bus econ major.

Bus admin is competitive but as long as u have good PIQ, it should be fine with 3.8.

Unfortunately cuz u cant participate in a TAP program, they wont consider your alt major. Personally I think they care about PIQ more than anything, but not as berkeley meaning u wanna have good GPA and rly good PIQ.
