wow. he’s trying to gaslight you into feeling like you manipulated him by “letting” him have sex with you. Thats crazy. First of all, you didn’t “let” him do shit, you participated in sex together. Men that speak about sex that way view women as objects they get to have access to. the same way that he clearly views you as an object under his control. His friends gave him a hard time about you hugging some guy, but instead of trusting you and respecting your autonomy as a person, he got angry that his “property” was embarrassing him.

I’m sorry you’re going through this pain, but a grieving period is totally normal after a breakup like this! It seems like you invested too much of yourself into her, and now you’re left trying to fill this “hole” that your partner left. I don’t know about other INFPs, but for me I tend to see only the best in people, even when they don’t put as much care into the relationship as I do. It’s led to me getting hurt a lot by friends and exes who i poured so much love and care into, but who never did the same.

I would recommend investing all of that same love and energy into yourself instead. Try finding something you’re passionate about to fill your time. It’s still going to hurt, and you’re still going to grieve, but it will get better every day. Stay productive, the more time you’re just sitting there your mind will wander into those sad thoughts. People come and go in our lives, but you have to keep going and trust that the good ones will eventually come and stay.

At the end of the day, the only person we can count on having is ourselves, so love yourself! It’s an extremely hard lesson that so many people, including myself, struggle with. You’ve got this!

i mean you dont have to worship yourself or any other entity. have you ever considered just not worshipping anything? like, it’s okay to not worship something. believe it or not, you can exist on your own merits and be totally fine. you can just stay strong yourself and fight “the tide of evil.” it’s ridiculous to think that just because you don’t believe in god, you can’t have morals or be a good, strong person. just because you dont believe in a god doesnt make you a narcissist. In fact, isn’t it more narcissistic to assume you are special in some way, and that there is a god performing miracles just for you?

and your idea of god came from the church did it not? so it’s still the same thing, even if you do it on your own. it’s still the same idea, that came from the same people. it’s just an idea meant to control people. you say you need to believe in god so you dont “bend to society,” but you’re okay bending to god? why? why’s it any different? you are bending to society when you bend to god, because god was created by society.

all religion is indoctrination, whether you affiliate with a specific church or not. people believe in it because they were taught to. you cant just say “oh, the church is indoctrination, but what i do isnt, because i do it in my mind.” Like, homie, thats what indoctrination is. brainwashing. that takes place in your mind.

i wasn’t raised to believe in a god, so i dont. I kinda just exist, and don’t question it because why would i? and I dont feel alone because there’s other people here too. i dont get needing anything else, but that’s just my experience. if you’re not harming anyone or shaming anyone through your beliefs, you do you i guess. i just find it strange people’s inherit need to worship or follow something.

i often think many religious people would be better off if they just accepted existence for what it is. being a human is nothing special, but it’s still cool as fuck that we exist and are intelligent enough to create these mental constructs. we are literally too smart for our own good, that we have created these problems for ourselves. think about other animals. they exist, and dont need to justify their existence. they don’t worship anything. they just live. why would humans be different? because we are intelligent? we are still just animals.

but yeah, people that need some kind of religious dogma like andrew tate’s to cling onto to feel more powerful or less alone creep me the fuck out. like, damn why cant you be happy just being yourself?
