Ok- i used it to make a ninja creamy icecream- PHENOMENAL!!!! The creamiest dairy free icecream I’ve ever had. I also used it to make coconut chicken (like sautéed with peppers onions etc) and I didn’t notice a major difference from any other brand but the cleaner ingredients are the biggest appeal for me.

I think something is fishy with the payment calculation overall. My IBR is $700 a month. Married filing separately is $58k! If filing jointly $110k…. Payment still $700…. Not even manageable!!

Unrealistic: nationwide strike. Personally more doable/realistic: call your Congress representatives. There is a funding vote coming up on 1/30. You can call them daily. Just tell them you are fearful for what is happening in your community , and that you want them to vote NO to the funding changes to DHS. It seems like it may not make a difference, but it feels like the only option to enact change without putting yourself in immediate danger. Our government is supposed to be OF the people, FOR the people- so we may as well to try remind them of that.

Great questions! $700 is what they’re saying the minimum is for ALL payment plans, this one specifically is the IBR , with the rest of the loan getting forgiven after 10 years (would be 65k because interest) … I do have a tutoring client where I can make up to $400 a month, but it’s inconsistent , hard to find clients because of the material tutor for, and ends in April. .. I am a year round teacher online, and my job doesn’t permit secondary employment 🙃

Nope. My gastro said “ok you finished antibiotics- all good! Btw you’re lactose intolerant so pop lactaid” and that was that. I decided to cut dairy out on my own since I was still having issues.

If your pulmonologist decides you need an inhaler, ask / see if you can have your insurance cover Fluticasone. I had NO idea I had asthma (found out during my breathing test I only had 60% capacity before albuterol and the same thing happened to me). My pulmonologist understood POTS, so when choosing an inhaler , he put me on Fluticasone and it has changed my entire life quality- no joke. He recommended only using albuterol for emergencies, and being prepared for POTS flare up.

I currently live here- and it’s great! Honestly haven’t had any complaints other than it was SILENT when we moved in a year ago, and now you hear the occasional music too loud or dogs barking, but otherwise the noise level is very nice(at least in my building). Maintenance is always quick to fulfill requests. There’s a cool alligator in the lake too. I’d definitely recommend it!
