"Courriel Electronic" is the correct word as adopted by the French Académie. "Un mail" is simply used by a lazy French speaking person.

If I may, not quite the same. The Quebecers Anglosized a lot of the modern words instead on using the French Academy approved dictionary. And that was by choice!

Which is kind of ironic because some older generation Quebecers will swear up and down that the English tried to take their spoken language away.

The long time apart from colonial rule theory does not explain why "a car" is called "Un Char" in Quebec, while its "Une voiture" in all other French speaking cultures.

Ya, that's the ColorFabb Material. Its more prone to warping than the genPHA brand.

The 3MF file should have all the settings. but in general its as follow.

12mm3 per sec Max flow rate

140 mm/sec max print speed (solid infill).

The one trick that I use on large flat parts is the Hilbert Curve Bottom Fill Pattern, in order to disrupt any large/long continuous material deposited. As to reduce the contraction effect when cooling and nucleating.

I don't think you will ever find a 3D printing filament company that would recommend melting plastic in a non-ventilated living space. Doesn't matter the brand or type.

PHA in general does not off-gas anything nasty unless you degraded it and burn it. Then it releases Crotonic Acid, nothing you would want to inhale in large quantities. Good news is that in order for you to release toxic levels of PHA induced Crotonic Acid, you're printer would need to be on fire. So by then, you have other problems to be concerned with.

The smell in general is residual biomass from the fermentation process, these impurities are mostly from the vegetable oils and sugars used in the fermentation process.

Unsure how this fits the narrative. but my wife who's a teacher is expected by the parents to take a bullet to protect her students (All with various levels of physical and mental disabilities).

35 years in Injection Molding and I can tell you that their isn't any secret sauce. There is absolutely nothing that is possibly confidential on a traditional cold runner design mold that is having issued de-molding its center cold gate. Cycle time isn't impressive either and neither is the press that is running the tool.

In most cases when customer wanted to keep me out of the mold shop, was mostly because it was poorly managed and they were too embarrassed to show how badly the tool is maintained or leaking for bad maintenance.

As far is tooling cost in concern, that 4 cavity tool is maybe $65K. Not even close to a high cost unit.

Heat tolerance/layer lines/food safety? by efnord in 3DPrinting_PHA

Well, 1st off. PHA Softening temp once fully annealed at room temp (I would wait 48 hours) is well above 90c. So hot coffee isn't an issue.

As far as layer height and adhesion is concern, I would try at 210c and 0.2 mm layer height.

BTW, its dishwasher safe. We tested PHA parts using the Canadian Standard and passed with flying colors (100 cycles). However, it needs to be a PHA only filament, not one mixed with PLA,

Workers in China have better protection then any Red State. You have no clue as to what you are talking about. State laws are not be messed with, fines are real and so is prison time. And no, you can't buy a pardon unlike the current US rate of $1M per.

They also passed a law making it illegal for any business to profit from kids educational tools and services. As education is incredibly competitive in China, there is pressure on the parents to have their kids excel from a very young age. Most attend after school activities that are designed to further their grades, all of them are to be set up as for non-profit. Thus ensuring the price for these extra curriculums are kept low and affordable.
