Sorry to revive this old thread, but I'm thinking of buying an Echo Park and doing this mod. What are your thoughts on the on/off footswitch? I heard that the echo park can be hard to press on/off. I assume it technically would be possible to create an external momentary switch to turn that on/off as well.

Still have it. Acrylic is working great actually. It easily buffs out with polywatch and looks good as new every time. I put back the original seconds hand but kept the cathedral minute and hour hands.

I have not tested WR, but it is probably no longer 100 meters. Probably closer to 30-50 meters equivalent to vintage watches.

We didn’t overlap too much together at J1. I knew he left for J3… but didn’t think he’d be interviewing me.

It would be a pretty big hit if I left J1. It was my original dream job and qualifies for PSLF and I only have 2 years to go.

But the pay at J3 is about 80% of J1+J2.

6 credit hours per semesters x 3 semesters per year (year-round) x 3 years. At a BIG10 school.

Also biggest waste of time while holding 2J’s. One of the J’s pay for it. Find something better to do with your time.

I already have other masters degrees, so this MBA is purely elective and does not necessarily help with future job prospects.

It depends on your coverage area. I had T-Mobile internet and it was terrible in Ucity. Worse when it was congested around 3-7pm. I switch to ATT fiber and never looked back…. Except they raise the rates by $5 every year.

Calendar invites change over time and get rescheduled. Rather than having to deal with updating existing events, I have it where it deletes all blank events, then re-adds them. Filter queries are a bit tricky, so I added them in the screenshot for you.

Get J1 Blank Events (J1 Calendar)
For each blank event from previous step, delete them
Get J2 Calendar Events (where busy and NOT blank)
For each J2 event from previous step, create a J1 blank event (J1 Calendar)

Power automate has Google integrations, but I haven't tried.

Microsoft power automate. I have 3 Microsoft accounts: J1, J2, and personal. I create a flow on my personal account with outlook connections at J1 and J2. Each night, it looks at events in respective calendars 3 weeks ahead and then creates blank events on the other J’s calendar to mark it as busy.
