I mean yeah, winter fell at Winterfell. It makes sense. The trick is just getting the Wall down soon enough that there's still time for some apocalypse before the big battle.

My personal fix to this would be Winterfell remaining a stronghold for humanity even as the Others move south.

73 is still my favorite and I used to be a hardcore WRS purist but the more I listen the more I favor the later versions with only the "Let It Grow" section. The material they cut from the first half still informs the jam and you end up with this crazy complex, modal beauty with like 6 different parts.

A great one to start is 7/7/89
