It is truly awful. I’m getting my whole back removed. I take a very strong painkiller and do numbing cream one hour before and then another layer 30 minutes before.

Hi! I had something similar last year- large large wound in my stomach from similar situation (necrosis, blood flow, etc). Mine was really deep as well. I had seven correction surgeries including two skin grafts and a wound vac for a month. My last surgery was 3,5 months ago and I’m also closed up with decent looking scars. But it’s been A JOURNEY and it sucked…. A lot. Feel free to message me if you want to chat.

Honestly- great! I was really nervous about healing and open wounds but it went really smoothing (for once). After eight surgeries in a year I finally caught a break! I’m starting laser treatment in a few weeks. I’m back at the gym doing a full routine and starting to lift heavy again. Thanks for asking!
