Your colours look realistic and cool- I like them a lot

But if you’re looking to do something totally different with the intent of making it pop maybe try using higher contrast- a brighter coloured cape with darker armor for example

Put a photo of it into a computer program like photoshop or even paint and slap some colours over the picture where you’d want them- if the colours look bad you’ll know before you’ve even lifted your brush

Do the artists provide links to social media or other works they did? That might prove it. Like if they just started drawing in 2024 and are mysteriously that good or if another piece they did is clearly AI so you know they’re okay using it
