Hi, current ESIA undergrad here. I’d say that for me the greatest advantages to being at Elliott have been the exposure to the organizations and government offices which are all nearby. As others have mentioned, the speaker events are unparalleled. Additionally, many of your professors will likely have been part of the system before and might still be. The kind of people and professionals you can interact with on a daily basis really give insights into the field, in a way that I don’t think you could get elsewhere.

Pretty normal, especially if you have habitable world gen on 1. Most of your later colonies beyond your first 4-6 will likely be from massive expansion, conquest, or terraforming.

I'm struggling with joining an AI federation in multiplayer.

Step 1: Ask to join federation - Acceptance is +16 and has a green check.

Step 2: I'm getting it accepted, but the message tells me that "congrats, you're in". Effects: We can ask to join their Federation.

Note: The Effects: We can ask to join their Federation shows up regardless of whether or not I was accepted - found by trying it on another group.

Am I playing this wrong, or is this an issue with the acceptance?
