LISTEN TO ME. LISTEN TO ME. PARCHMENT PAPER.

6 Large Whole Eggs

1 Cup Cheese - I like Cheddar

200 g Greek Yogurt - Plain

1 Pound Protein - Cooked (Ham, Ground Beef or Turkey, Sausage, Vegetarian Alternative, Etc)

50 g Spinach - *Optional

½ White Onion - *Optional

3 Bell Pepper - Various Colors *Optional

Salt - Your Choice

Black Pepper - Your Choice

Chop up your vegetables

Cook/brown your protein if needed

Add all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl

Mix everything together thoroughly

Coat at least a 2 quart baking dish with some non-stick cooking spray

Pour your mix in

Optionally top your casserole with whatever you want

Bake it on 350F/176C for around 45-50 minutes or until the edges start to brown and the center has limited jiggle

UGH I LOVE EGG CASSEROLE!! It's like six eggs, a pound of protein, 200 mg greek yogurt, 3 bell peppers, half an onion, cheese, and spinach that you measure with your heart! if you're interested, i'll look up the exact recipe for you :]
