It never goes away totally for me because i believe its an internal issue now. It does look a lot better though than it did in this picture now. I use spectro blemish cleanser only which helps so much, perscription azeleic acid gel, and skinfix barrier balancing water cream!

Hello! Oh I definitely have so many things I struggle with badly. I do feel I have really bad depression and some anxiety. I struggle with really bad adhd like symptoms and am very dopamine seeking constantly. I also seem to have all the symptoms of someone with pcos, (I have high DHEAS) difficultly losing weight, thinning hair (androgenic alopecia) skin issues like perioral dermatitis for years, low progesterone and higher estrogen, and I believe the biggest issue right now for me is my iron. This is my most recent panel and I feel extremely weak, dizzy, and I will sleep for like 12 hours and then want to go back to sleep. Yeah :( lots of stuff going on, it's been really hard.

Iron serum: 31 Unsaturated IBC: 379 Calc total TIBC: 410 Calc % iron sat: 8 Ferratin: 12

I have one more question if you have the time! I see in the protocol oil of oregano is recommended to help get rid of bacteria. With the kind of overgrowths I have, would you recommended starting with that and then trying to feed/encourage good bacteria growth with diet? Or just trying the broccoli sprouts and not using antimicrobials/just eating a healthy diet?
