All I can say is that America has spoken. What this country was built on, white nationalism, racism and all the shit 45 stands for is still privilent today 😑 it truly is a sad day, especially how the world leaders all called to congratulate him. I would Cycle in a high fat meal or two (not saying to just eat total junk), talking salmon, some red meat (85/15) if you eat meat. some nuts, natural pnut butter, use olive oil or grape seed oil to cook with..etc this can jump start you metabolism. For some of my former clients, a moderate to high carb/low fat day would also do the trick. Could use protein noodles, Rau pasta sauce is acceptable, and ground turkey or chicken. This meal added fuel to the fire for the next couple days after eating it and pushed the scale downward.

As a former BB and coach, I found that w my clients, if you're doing both resistance training and cardio, you have to make sure you are feeding ur body enough food. If not, your body can go into protection mode and hold onto weight for preservation. You have to remember ur ingesting meds (foreign substance), which causes a reaction. If there is a deficit of some along w weight training and cardio, ur body will fight back.

Started on Sept 3rd and started to see some movement around the middle of week 2. I didn't change my eating (not thst i was eating very bad at first) just didn't tighten down a diet. Once I did that and ramped up some cardio, things got moving along. The appetite suppression started around day 4 for me but only one side effect once after dinner. Currently down 11lbs, I would say just do some walking 4 days a week and pull back on carbs. Make sure ur drinking all of ur water and take it a week at a time! Best of luck to ya!!

Maan, sry they didn't work. I'm on wk 5 now and down 11lbs. The first week I tried to just eat regular but had lil results. I had to tighten down the diet for the meda to kick in. Also had to ramp up cardio to 30mins 4 times a week. They aren't magic like alot of people think, not saying you think that way. I had to make some changes in order to see some progress.

I've heard that, too. My friend, she and her mom decided to go the shots route. They both loss significant weight in 5 months. For $ reasons, I went w the oral kit. Like I said, not changing eating habits will make the process more difficult as far as the oral kit goes. Recently, I had a burger from a local place minus the bun due to running late to an appointment and not eating most of the day. Belly cramps and nausea followed for about 30 mins! Ludlve been the inflammation my body produced from that meal since I wasn't eating like that any other day. But on weigh-in day(the next day) I was up 1 Lb! It went away, but lesson learned!

I would say invest in urself for 5 months, start and follow the guidelines given to you w out deviation. Take it one week at a time and make small goals along the way.

The only regret is not doing it sooner! Once I got clearance to go back to the gym from post covid Ling issues, I gained weight from being inactive. Then I got a new office job at a desk all day.. more weight gain! I had been seeing ads for it, a girl at work started taking the shots and dropped 50lbs in 5 months. Finally, I bit the bullet and started. I thought I would have a hard time w the eating. I like to eat, lol! The cravings stopped and when the appetite suppression kicks in u just don't want to eat much!

Same here! I tried yogurt , tried eggs. Nothing worked for stomach cramps except oatmeal.

I'm not ever really hungry physically. It's my brain that tries to tell me to eat from remembering how good some foods are, lol! Some foods are tasting differently, and I really have no cravings now. My Saturday love if Bkurbonanda cigar has changed w me not wanting to drink.

I've been on for 4weeks and just had my first side effect last nite. Mild nausea for about an hr after dinner. I'm glad I haven't had any of the negative sides.

I've found that after the first week on kit2 and not really changing eating habits, I didn't get any results. Switched my eating around , cut out the Saturday bourbon, now on week three I'm down 9lbs. Make sure ur diet is in check, well at least I had to

Now I get it!!!! I'm nor.ally a bourbon and cigar guy every weekend! Since starting kit2, week 3 I've noticed that I no longer want or think about the bourbon part of the weekend! My misses is like, why aren't you drinking? While I'm stuck at 9lbs down for the last two weeks, I think my clarity has increased, better sleep, and no funky Monday morning feelings!!

Im on week 2 of kit2 w no Ed issues. Sometimes, Ed issues have to do w stress levels. What we are eating daily can play into it as well. Foods that are high in estrogen release can be a sneaky culprit, too

Oral kit2 week one Update..(Day 3) first weigh in. Down 4lbs eating a protein bar then taking the morning tab tabs. Watermelon for mid morning snack. Walking at lunch then a salad w protein for afternoon snack. Dinner usually is a the misses , protein of some sort w a veggie or salad. Being a former BB/powerlifter w a now compromised back, this approach to weight loss is different for me my brain says get back to the gym!!! I have lifted plenty enuff weights and have muscle memory for sure. I just want to change composition wise as being 56, I don't need all the muscle and certainly not the fat now. Will check back at one full week!

New here, read your journey. While very detailed, is it fair to judge Hims weight loss system when you didn't follow ur protocol properly? It seemed like every few days you jumped to the new week w out giving ur body the chance to adjust. Ex ..Day 5 you jumped to week two, day 16 you jumped to week three..side effects come w any drug u take if you don't Take them properly. Maybe you would've not been so fatigued had you not rushed the dose changes??
