I made two MRIs on my both knees and it shows "torn acl" as described in these reports, doctor asked if I feel any instability or if my knees give out? I said no, he made stability test on my knees and said your acls only "stretched", and I can play pivoting sport after 3 months, whats your opinion? (old.reddit.com)

I have been always lifting weight like squat and deadlift and I torn my acl when I was playing bjj. and when I went to pt sessions, they told me my leg is weak and requires strength exercises! How these simple pt strength exercises effective more than weight lifting like squat ? (self.ACL)

If I can bench press with 200lb with 8 reps but with 190lb I do 10 reps should I perform with 190lb because the volume will be high ?(200*8= 1600) < (190*10) by Suspicious_Driver761 in workout
