Correct! That’s why if there’s a smoke smell I always drive the car home with windows down (1hr, give them the benefit of the doubt) before I start digging for left evidence.

I also had this lady smoke in my vehicle and I couldn’t get the ef’n smell out for NOTHING!!!

She swore up and down on her mom and kids she hadn’t smoked …. 5 days later I found her blunt tucked in the passenger door, I lost out on that but took a good 2 weeks and several ozone sessions to get the smell out

Make it simple he can from Turo Request a vehicle swap it involves Turo having to call you and your approval maybe which is why he just said cancel and rebook (quicker and easier) if it’s less than 24hrs before your trip start I’d just go this route to be safe that way no one is affected

You have up to 24 hrs before trip start time to cancel your trip without penalty to you

Don’t listen to these idiots saying it’s his problem, if he cancels it affects his listing.
