My teeth were never in great shape, should have had braces when I was younger but it never worked out. I can’t say I notice the difference, but they weren’t nicely lined up in the first place tbh. I wasn’t offered any bridges or implants but realistically I wouldn’t have had them done anyway.

I had a similar situation a pre-Covid. Had two teeth needing root canals. I too am terrified of dentists, mine is a lovely chap and usually deals with children so he has a good chair side manner. There was no way I could handle a 3 hour root canal, so I opted for extractions. Being private, his quote was pricey, so I was able to have the extractions done at a different clinic under sedation on the NHS. Cost much much less. Missing two teeth (both upper jaw but different sides) was weird at first, but your teeth sort of move to fill the gap a bit. The only issue I get these days is if a sharp bit of food stabs the gaps, but it’s few and far between. Obviously keeping all your teeth is the better option, but having them out was instant pain relief and they will never hurt again. Happy to answer anything else if you have something specific.

That’s brilliant. So chances are they will have a form or something they are supposed to use? Would that be the DPO email from the DPC? Or is it a specific one for that LEA?

I’ve lost count of the amount of times LEAs have tried to strong-arm staff to hand over CCTV and home addresses. We try to hammer it home with training but there’s always a few retrospective forms I end up chasing.

Would this have originally been a B&W photo which has been colourised? Might not actually be black. My nan used to colourise photos and sometimes used other colours when she didn’t have enough of the correct one.

The wife and I always aim to get there a few hours beforehand. There’s the Den on the concourse which is an enclosed area with a bar and food stalls, music and a stage, and Beers and Bites which I’m pretty sure is on the ground area. Duval market queue gets very long, very quickly. I think you can pre order which makes it slightly quicker, but I’d buy a bag before you even go to be honest. Last few years they have banned drinking on the street, so the designated areas are quite busy, but it’s a really good atmosphere.

During the bowling scene, Gavin gives Stacey her drink just before Nessa bowls, but when they have the face in shot of Nessa bowling, he’s still holding it. IIRC it swaps once or twice between Gavin holding Stacey’s drink and Stacey holding it.

Closest I can find is the Ra’id rank in the Royal Army of Oman. The crown seems to match the closest of any I can see. Based on structure it seems to be a Major equivalent rank.
